It has been amazing journey and a life changing experience. Thank you all for being part of it and for sharing this journey with us. In closing,  I would like to end this blog with the beautiful words of our medical director on this mission, Dr. Ron Gemberling:

“Through our deeds of caring and compassion we have demonstrated the purist forms of international goodwill as ambassadors of Rotaplast.  In addition to the challenge and wonder of the work that we have accomplished, I am continually amazed and gratified to witness the unique contribution of each member of our medical and non-medical team, with diverse backgrounds and experience, coming together and bonding for a common goal to achieve the profound, tangible life changing transformations we performed over our short stay in Guatemala. Because of distance, language and time we will never truly know the personal, family and societal impact of our efforts but we can forever feel in our hearts and never forget that we have all performed extraordinary deeds for the betterment of the children of this far away place.”
