After another excellent breakfast at the Midtown Hotel, the Rotarians took us in a mini-bus to the clinic site across the bridge, about a ten minute drive from the hotel. Having visited the site the day before helped the procedure go smoothly. I was helped in the photography room by Bent who was taking back-up images, and Don who was shooting video. Throughout the day, the Rotarians, aided by Cebu City Rotaracters, looked after us royally, and served a delicious Filipino lunch.
We photographed about 100 children. The kids loved the blinking Canada flags and hearts, and the stickers, and little kangaroos and koalas. The printer stopped working about ten photos into the shoot – luckily there was a one-hour service (Photoline) in the basement of the Midtown mall that did a fairly adequate job.
