Team Pereira 2009 arrived safe in Cali Monday night. To start the mission on a good note all medical supplies and luggage arrived at the same time as the team. We were greated by the Rotarians of Pereira with a large Rotaplast banner. So many familar faces, it was like we hadn't been away for 2 years. We made the 3.5 bus ride to the hotel outside of Pereira.
Tuesday we visited the hospital and the clinic. With a little organizing Pam our head nurse and Maria were able to figure out where we would be stationed and how the clinic could flow with ease. We will find out tomorrow how it works. The ORs were set up today ready to start the 1st day of surgery on Wednesday.
