You have to get up early to be first in line for a Rotaplast clinic but you're rewarded with patient number 001. Lucas and his family made the effort and he received his combined lip and palate repair yesterday in a two and a half hour procedure. Not only was his lip repaired, but also his right nostril was beautifully reshaped to match his left side. His puffy lip will look nearly healed by the time he returns next week for the post op clinic. He'll have lots to celebrate on his fourth birthday next month.
