We have done about 90 procedures and instead of a “normal / average” mission where 10 cleft palates are operated, it has now been possible to do 26. This is truly an exceptional achievement by the medical team. A cleft palate surgery is more complicated and therefore takes more time, but will improve speech and therefore their (social) development.
