Dr. Alain Senerpida is from right here in Cebu City, Philippines. This is his third Rotaplast mission. Dr. Senerpida is the immediate past president of the Cebu Fuente Rotary Club.
Dr. Sibrand Schepel is from the Netherlands. He has participated in over 35 Rotaplast missions in over 20 different countries. Dr. Schepel has been Rotarian for many years.
Dr. Rod Simonds is from California in the USA. He has participated in over 25 Rotaplast missions, serving as Medical Director in many of them (including this one).
