The Rotaplast Mission to Cumana, Venezuela arrived after a short flight in a National Guard plane supplied by the Venezuelan government. The 30 volunteers, their luggage and supplies all were placed in the Hercules aircraft. Tomorrow we will have the Clinic Day and register and evaluate 240 potential patients and will select approximately 110 for surgery during the next seven days. The Team consists of 20 medical professional and 10 non medical volunteers, mostly Rotarians, from around the world. Our goal is to operate on as many kids as possible and hopefully change their lives forever.
