When you combine an experienced mission team, an engaged local Rotary association and supportive hospital staff, Pre-Clinic day was as organized and as efficient as we could hope for. Local Rotarians and medical students were on hand to lead groups of families and prospective patients to the pre-clinic setting for the many stations of evaluation and pre-operative planning. Mission team members were all engaged in supporting the flow of prospective patients starting at registration, medical records and photo taking, through surgeon evaluation and pre-operative medical history collection and testing.
