It is with a heavy heart we inform you of the passing of Phillip Joseph Grasso on March 28, 2021. Since 2008 Joe has devoted his time, talent and treasure to Rotaplast which became his passion and for him another platform to help others.
Starting in 2008, Joe took part in 19 Rotaplast missions in: Nepal, Bangladesh, Philippines, Colombia, Ethiopia, Liberia, India, Peru, Venezuela, Vietnam and Myanmar. He took on one of the most difficult jobs of surgical missions, sterilizing the surgical instruments. He became an expert and took great pride in the fact he never lost an instrument.
Joe was a kind soul with a good spirit and a big heart, always helping others. He loved people and made friends easily. If a team member wanted to talk, Joe was always available. His smiling face and good humor will be missed by all. On behalf of the entire Rotaplast family we extend our deepest sympathy to Joe’s family.
