I started my day by tagging alongside our medical volunteers in an effort to check up on Diego from yesterday's post. His mother had numerous questions/concerns for the staff and Diego appeared fine, albeit tired, so I decided to leave them to their R&R without intervention. Outside of the OR I ran into the ever-curious Henry, and we kept each other company for a short time.
By request, I have also included some photos of our patients with quilts gifted by a group back home in honor of their late friend and fellow quiltmaker Bev. I hope that this handful of shots can comfort you with the knowledge that they are being put to good use.
