Beach balls floating, large coloring circle time, tons of kids playing, and a registration line spread across the room, it felt like a hurricane. Once we found our rhythm, it was smooth sailing.
Our registration team, Michelle Lewes, Medical Records, Judy Bucko, Ward Coordinator, alongside our friends in Colombia and I registered and recorded 103 patients to be evaluated. Recreational Therapist, Andy Johanson pulled out all the tricks and puppets to entertain these beautiful children.
All of us waiting for the wave of hope, and a better future for these children.
