Look at these happy faces….eager to Save Smiles and Change Lives!
This was the scene at San Francisco airport last evening as the team started the first leg of their 2-day trek to Luxor. There for the sendoff were volunteer extraordinaire Evelyn Abad, who puts together the teams, and Executive Director Daniel DeSanto who finagled some very complicated travel logistics. Mission Director Dr. Sangita Seshadri will keep the troops corralled for the journey ahead.
Many deep friendships are renewed, and new friendships formed, during these life-changing missions. There will be lots to talk about during all those travel hours.
Rotaplast is very appreciative of the efforts and generosity of Jet Blue, saving Rotaplast over $3000 in box fees for all the medical boxes being shipped across the U.S. That generosity will be paid forward as more lives are changed.
