Another part of the process of patients being cared for is the beautiful handmade quilts provided by several volunteer organizations. These quilts are given to the patients before surgery, stay with them throughout recovery and are theirs to keep. We can’t thank these volunteers enough, and while we would love to show every single one of these pieces of artwork, here is a sample of the incredibly time consuming and amazing work they do.
